Abstract

The text is devoted to the presentation of the free digital archiving project initiated by DOAJ in 2020. It is offered to publishers of open access journals indexed on this service, whose business model does not allow participation in commercial perpetual archiving initiatives. The presentation of the JASPER project is preceded by a reflection on the digital disappearance, including of scientific papers, and a short description of archiving initiatives.
