Abstract

The article presents the list of issues after the Russian occupation of Melitopol, located in the south of the Zaporizhzhia region, in February 2022. The resistance of the citizens, the terror by soldiers, intimidation of the people by the occupiers, and survival in the conditions of the war became the kind of life that came to the city together with the Russian community. Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University has faced challenges such as occupation and relocation of infrastructure, as well as the struggle of teachers and students for existence. The article gives the peculiarities of the scientific library operation in the regime of limited conditions, personnel hunger and the struggle to save funds and information resources.
