Abstract

The author shares her experience and memories concerning her work at the library in 1975-1995 of the last century. She presents the methods of working with the reader and the user of the information. She also analyses the use of the resources and tools which support the work at the Department of Scientific Information at the Library of Lublin University of Technology.
