Abstract

Report on the 2nd National Conference of Librarians and Museum Libraries Employees Librarian in the museum. Work, cooperation, challenge, which this year took place at the Malbork Castle Museum. It focused on the librarian's place in the structure of the parent museum, the necessary competences and the principles of professional promotion. As part of the discussion accompanying the conference, the community of museum librarians decided to create an organization of the librarians of the museum, galeries and cultural istitutions.
