Abstract

The article presents the possibilities which are brought by using HAN software (Hidden Automatic Navigator) by H+H Software GmbH. Main tasks of HAN are both maximum possible reduction of barriers of readers' access to electronic data resources and simultaneous keep of control by the library (readers' permissions, their authentication, control of licenses, usage statistics).  For this purpose HAN integrates both with various library systems and other elements of library infrastructure (for instance: scientific multi-search engines, bibliography managers, websites of publishing houses).
