X Conference of Corporation of Wroclaw's Librarians ‘New Changes versus Libraries’ Condition’

Abstract

In the headquarters of Lower Silesian Pedagogical Library in Wroclaw on November 30, 2018 a X Conference of Corporation of Wroclaw’s Librarians took place. Presented speeches concerned problems connected to legal changes of the Higher Education Act – the reform of Polish higher education often referred to as ‘Constitution for Science’ or ‘Legal Act 2.0’ which forces the reorganisation of academic libraries.
