The Activity of The Library of Institute of Wood Technology

Abstract

The article presents activities conducted by the Library of Institute of Wood Technology in Poznan. There is a place to discuss such features as: library collections; bibliographical-documentary databases which store materials connected to wood industry. What is more, the authors present both cooperation with other scientific libraries and a scientific journal issued by the institute. The conclusion presents the challenges which the library is bound to face and which are aimed at realizing the readers' expectations in the scope of digitization of collections.
