Tradition and modernity. Aleph and Alma as an example of various choices
Abstract
The article presents two tools of the ExLibris company offered to librarians by the Aleph Polska company: Aleph and Alma. Alma is a next generation cloud-based system while Aleph is a renowned integrated library system. The article describes key product features, including their relation to the Primo scientific search engine, and shows valid reasons for choosing either of the tools.References
