A library open to changes

Abstract

The author of the article points out the recent changes in Polish public libraries. Shedescribes methods of working with children of various ages in the Lubicz Community Public Library and the library’s cooperation with local kindergartens and schools. The author emphasizes the importance of an accurate assessment of library users’ needs as a way to improve work quality and meeting the needs of local residents.
